Order Fulfillment
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days!
Orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.
Not all of our products ship in the same package.
If for any reason there is a delay or inability to ship your order, you will be contacted via email as soon as possible by one of our representatives.

Taxes & Duties
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
Currency Conversions
While you can choose your local currency through the Currency Selector at the top of our website, all items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout.
The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate.
